This weekend collection of wakeful videos has two main sections: (A) much on this week’s candidate issues (esp. real & false progressives) and (B) much on the forces that create right-wingers/neo-nazis and neoliberals/meritocracy-believers & hillbots — and if or how to deal with them. The first group is mostly created from people crushed onto the floor, the second mostly from upper middle-classers who won life’s lottery at least to some extent and are either contemptuous or dismissive and ignorant of those who didn’t. Then these two camps go at each other’s throats without realizing that they are being manipulated from the top to defend the status quo that causes all this division and endless suffering.
So much stuff, I had to move some to a ‘part B’ follow-up.

Presidents have given big reason to be impeached for a long time, but their growing amount and degree of treason and crime have become accepted by our checks and balances system that no longer works. One reason: only the Dept. of “Justice” can indite a president, but it just never does. Our Constitution and laws and human rights have been trampled by presidents, other politicians, corporations, and the major political parties for ages, and it’s just considered the normal thing to do by now. Also, 85% of people cannot afford legal justice (by hiring lawyer gunslingers).

Let’s be clear, “at the bottom” doesn’t stand for being low-grade but for being materially hurt and/or emotionally humiliated by our injustice machine of a society rigged by and on behalf of despots and bullies against everybody else, people looking for social connection and an upgrade in their battered self esteem so desperately they swallow any demagoguery hook line and sinker. When you are lying crushed on the floor, a trickster or one of his lemmings can pick you up, praise you as a fellow lemming, and seat you in a tank with which to run over good and innocent people declared your enemies because your ability to think for yourself may be overruled by the most primitive self-preservation instincts we are born with (submission, domination, authoritarianism, tribalism…) or an overwhelming accumulation of hate or fury desperately needing to be vented lest they devour you from the inside:
