I. Must See #ForceTheVote for M4A Town Hall (and doable actions)
1. A Must See: #ForceTheVote Town Hall
Two hours long it may seem too lengthy, but if you watch nothing else this week, make time for this. At the very least, the intro and then the first two personal situation presentations (starting at 16:39: Joy Marie Mann and Scott Desnoyers) will touch your heart if you have one. But there are numerous other meaningful talks by the likes of Jimmy Dore (telling his married couple medical crisis), Nick Brana (exposing the political corruption of corporatist parties and the lack of courage by elected ‘progressives’), Kyle Kulinski (common sense reason and stats), Cornel West (morality and consequence)…

Now do sign the #ForceTheVote petition ASAP if you haven’t already, and if you can make the time call or otherwise contact your Congress representatives’ offices to demand they withhold their Pelosi vote until Pelosi brings Medicare for all to the floor of the House for a vote in January. You easily get the contact information based on your ZIP Code here: http://whoismyrepresentative.com/
The #ForceTheVote rally in Washington D.C. mentioned by Nick Brana has been unusually difficult for me to find announcements for (probably too shortly arranged and hence surely way smaller than it could have been). Here are the links to the two #ForceTheVote rally announcements I finally found when I finally found some time to search and search:

4. Political Repression: State Power over Private Lives
Why do governments put so much effort in defining and harassing allegedly wrongful groups of people like women, homos, racial groups, or whatever? (A) to split up the people, (B) deflect us from truly serious issues, and (C) to condition us into accepting evil governmental power over our lives by unaccountable governments (flipping upside down the idea that we should control our government and be served rather than oppressed by it).
Censorship & Criminalizing Love ~ Chris Hedges On Contact (RT, Dec 19, 2020)
And, of course, the identity politics brewed from this is also used to divide us. (one major party attacks these groups, the other major party defends them (at least symbolically, not necessarily much really), and both corrupt parties refuse to actually serve their nation’s people that gets split up and deflected with these tricks).

11. World: U.S.-Empire-Sanctioned Countries Linking Up
Exclusive look inside Iran’s supermarket in Venezuela ~ The Grayzone (Dec 30, 2020)
Note: It makes sense for empire-harassed countries to link up. I still think that building national independence like Iran has been doing (starting to produce things it needed to import) is a top goal to work towards. And, in a certain contrast to the sample shown, I worry about overlarge supermarkets hurting smaller shops that are more widely scattered, thus improving more neighborhoods and giving small family business options thus making possible self-employment that gets working people out of employment-based boss oppression and dependency (OTOH often getting hurt by governmental tax & silly rules harassment (issues I currently must deal with having ageism reduce re-employment chances)).
12. People Helping People Beneath the Corrupt Elite that Prefers to Hurt us
The interviewer tends to be a bit annoying and the interviewed folks can’t always express themselves well, but I came across a lot of important points (about people’s needs, violent police and supremecists, corrupt politicians and institutions, and things we should be doing) that kept me listening. It confirms my belief that most Americans are good people (despite all our suffering and hardships we deserve pride over good hearts and actions), but those at or linked to the top are not.
We are all we’ve got: Why mutual aid is more critical than ever ~ The Real News Network (Dec 22, 2020)
13. Bullsh*t Jobs Solidifiy our Cruel System
Increased machinery should have reduced our work hours, but hasn’t. Besides making the rich richer, the increased machinery making less human work necessary has also been used to stabilize the hierarchical capitalist system by vastly growing S jobs, the largest part of which are intermediary managerial and administrative jobs (like supervisors) who have little real work to do but fill in gaps in the inequality pyramid of power, wealth, and liberty thus stabilizing it because, when there aren’t only the “noble” lords at the top and the huge mass of serfs at the bottom it becomes much more difficult for the oppressed and exploited working people to recognize the rvil top hidden behind the intermediaries and also much harder for them to stand up together when this layering of the pyramid divides them.

Once again, so sad that David Graeber died quite young this last summer and – if there were such a thing as a heavenly afterlife – I’d wish it for him.
14. Humor: Revealing Corrupt Eco-Politics & how Cooperation-Refusal Can Force Amazingly
Yep, the focus of this “Honest Government Ads” clip is on cheating climate change battling measures. But, if you have been unfamiliar with the strategy behind our #ForceTheVote demands on a Medicare for All House vote, here you can see how small power holders can get enormous things done by threatening cooperation refusal (such as threatening to not vote for Pelosi):
