Comment: Some landlords may not be big profiteers but old home owners who have found new place to rent out when, for instance, their children move out. And they can do repairs new owners can strugle to find out how to do. It’s the system, as hinted at here, that is the problem. A system set up to maintain a wealth pyramid. And, as mentioned, “public housing” could help us a lot.
