7. U.S. Housing Market Bubble Crashing ***
So, while home prices at least in some places may continue to rise, they may actually drop somewhat again soon like in the 2008 mortgage crisis. The constant insane price rise that has been especially wild recently comes in in large part from robber barons (and robber baron corporations like Blackrock) who invest massively in real estate in order to turn us all into their rent paying serfs and to keep getting richer even if the stock market crashes and to hold on to their richness when the economy tanks or our currency goes down the drain (which could reduce these jerks’ virtual wealth of stock and money numbers) since land does not disappear or lose its virtual value nor lose its usefulness. We have just had again a fast blooming financial bubble from the rich folks gambling and the corona lockdown driving more people out into homes they had not desired so much before. As this guy points out, the people who can still buy homes are limited in numbers and now shrinking. Combined with a boost we had in home construction (that other media say we did NOT have), this guy sounds right when pointing at changing numbers and interpreting them as a start of a bubble burst.

Even though the previous video announces that the real estate bubble has already begun to burst, this video may remind us that such bubble bursts don’t return us to the better former age but are merely temporary slip-backs for our robber barons’ constant shift of the world’s resources into their pockets and away from the rest of us. So, the insanely boosted current home prices may relatively soon sink somewhat again, but the mafia of the rich will hold on to as many homes as they can to turn us all into tenants forced to pay rent to them through our noses. And even though M4A would be super easy to make happen by simply removing the 65 age doorstep, a far more difficult and expensive Public Option has been considered. But even that is just a carrot to dangle in front of voters, because it could also reduce private insurance profits by offering a more affordable public insurance competing with the greedy private ones. The profiteers seem to be pushing instead for a slight age reduction of Medicare, in order not to help more people but to reduce the profit-bent private insurances’ expenses since this would free them of the currently still most expensive payout clients (just like the current Medicare starting at age 65 frees them of the even more costly clients). But, yes, let healthier younger people still pay through their noses to these rich robber barons. That’s what the money lords want.
